Situated on Sandy Ground beach, Elvis Beach Bar is one of the most popular bars on Anguilla and is loved by visitors as well as locals. What makes this bar iconic is the bar itself being creatively fashioned from a traditional Anguillian sail boat which gives it a very open and relaxed feel. This instantly sets Elvis apart from the other bars and restaurants in Sandy Ground and makes it a must visit while in Anguilla.
At Elvis expect a very warm friendly welcome from the staff as well as Elvis whom the establishment is named after. Elvis can be found there on most days serving killer cocktails and his signature Elvis rum punch. They have a wide array of drinks so most people should be able to find their preferred tipple. I couldn't get enough of their mango daiquiri, it was so easy to drink until I stood up I didn't realize how tipsy I was.
As well as fantastic drinks, Elvis's doubles as a restaurant serving delicious Mexican food with a distinct all to its own Anguillian twist. Their slow cooked local goat taco plate is a good example of combining Mexican dishes with Anguillian ingredients. The outcome is an amazing sensation of flavours that sets a new level in culinary experiences. If you are looking for good affordable food on one of Anguilla's beautiful beaches I recommend making a stop here.
There is nothing quite like watching the sunset or catching the game while hanging out at Elvis Beach Bar. It quickly became one of my favourite night spots and loved ending my days chatting it up with fellow visitors and staff. It genuinely feels like everyone who visits Anguilla makes Elvis part of their itinerary of places to visit and for good reason. Even celebs like Paris Hilton and Channing Tatum has all had an evening here.
Elvis does so many things right, from serving delicious food and drinks to its chilled out atmosphere there is no wonder why as a nightspot in Anguilla you would be hard pressed to find another place as amazing as Elvis Beach Bar.
